Estranged Husband

We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out exactly where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He said he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he necessary to set himself up in a brand new location to live.

Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have an additional woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her inside the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just soon after he had left our client.

We had been able to supply our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
